Travel Physical Therapist in Pittsfield, MA

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care in the home health setting on a 13-week contract in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role supports clients with rehabilitation equipment, mobility aids and daily living support while coordinating care plans with the care team.

• Deliver physical therapy services in clients in their homes
• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance and functional needs
• Develop and update care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Assist with splints, orthoses, prostheses and mobility equipment
• Teach therapeutic exercises, transfers and safe daily living techniques
• Document visits, progress and treatment response
• Support discharge planning and home safety recommendations

• BLS certification
• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Home health certification
