Travel Physical Therapist in Cody, WY

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide inpatient and home health therapy in a critical access hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Cody, Wyoming. Charting includes EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro, and the role supports both hospital-based and home-based care.

• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional needs
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, gait training, and mobility interventions
• Teach patients and caregivers home exercise and safety techniques
• Document progress and coordinate care with the team
• Support discharge planning and home health visits

• Current Wyoming Physical Therapist license
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
