A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic on a 13-week contract in Arroyo Grande, California. It uses EMR documentation and supports patient recovery, mobility, and strength.

• Evaluate and treat patients in physical therapy and rehabilitation programs
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and follow-up care
• Document evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries in EMR
• Supervise PT Assistants and Aides in patient care
• Communicate with physicians and other care team members
• Educate patients and answer questions about their care

• Active Physical Therapist license in California
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
• EMR documentation skills
• Patient assessment, treatment, and care coordination skills
