Travel Pharmacist in Orange Park, FL

A Travel Pharmacist will support medication management in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Orange Park, Florida. The pharmacy uses Meditech and automated dispensing technology and offers exposure to Trauma, Stroke, and Surgical Services.

• Review and verify medication orders
• Prepare and dispense inpatient medications
• Support safe medication storage and inventory control
• Monitor therapies and clarify orders with the care team
• Document pharmacy activities in Meditech
• Use automated dispensing and dose management systems
• Collaborate with nurses and providers on medication therapy

• Active Florida Pharmacist License
• 3 to 5 years of hospital pharmacist experience
• BLS certification
