Travel Pharmacist in Hudson, FL

A Travel Pharmacist will support medication management in a hospital pharmacy on a 12-week contract in Hudson, Florida. The unit is part of a level II trauma center.

• Verify and dispense inpatient medications
• Review orders for dose accuracy, interactions, and allergies
• Monitor medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations
• Prepare sterile and nonsterile products as needed
• Maintain controlled substance accountability and inventory
• Document interventions and communicate with the care team

• Active Florida Pharmacist license
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited program
• Medication order review, dispensing, and clinical communication skills
