Travel Pharmacist in Orange Park, FL

A Travel Pharmacist will support medication management in a hospital pharmacy on a 13-week contract in Orange Park, Florida. Meditech, DoseEdge, and Pyxis ES are used in a setting with exposure to trauma, stroke, and surgical services.

• Review medication orders and verify safe dispensing
• Prepare and distribute medications through automated systems
• Monitor medication use and support therapy adjustments
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
• Document pharmacy activities in the electronic system
• Support medication safety and inventory processes

• Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing
• 3 to 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• BLS
