A Travel Pharmacist will support inpatient pharmacy operations in an acute care hospital in Fort Worth, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech, Pyxis, DoseEdge, C2 Safe, and Vigilanz, with decentralized pharmacists and overnight coverage.

• Verify medication orders
• Process missing medication requests
• Prepare sterile compounded medications
• Support decentralized and overnight pharmacy coverage
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians on medication distribution
• Promote safe medication use and timely order turnaround

• Valid Texas pharmacist license
• ACPE-accredited sterile compounding certification
• Texas IV certification
• Hospital pharmacy experience
