A Travel Inpatient Pharmacist will support medication distribution and therapy review in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Savannah, Tennessee. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Review medication orders for safety and appropriateness
• Verify dispensing and medication profiles
• Support medication preparation and distribution
• Monitor drug therapy and document pharmacist interventions
• Collaborate with prescribers and nurses on dosing and medication changes
• Provide medication information to the care team

• Tennessee pharmacist license
• 3 years general pharmacy experience

• 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
