Travel Pharmacist in Muskogee, OK

A Travel Pharmacist will compound and dispense medications, review orders, and support pharmacy operations in a long-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Muskogee, Oklahoma. It supports adult and geriatric patients and works with clinical teams on medication safety and drug information.

• Interpret medication orders and verify appropriate therapy
• Compound and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies
• Review patient profiles for interactions, allergies, and duplicate therapy
• Supervise technical support staff and check prepared products
• Maintain aseptic technique, controlled substance security, and accurate labeling
• Support drug information, quality improvement, and staff education

• Oklahoma pharmacist license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Graduation from an accredited pharmacy program

• 1 year of recent hospital pharmacy experience
