Travel PACU RN in Lewisville, TX

A Travel PACU Registered Nurse will provide post-anesthesia recovery care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lewisville, Texas. The role supports patients in the recovery unit after surgery and anesthesia. Lewisville offers outdoor activities and easy access to the Dallas area.

• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia
• Assess airway, vital signs, pain, and nausea
• Administer ordered medications and comfort measures
• Prepare patients for transfer or discharge
• Communicate patient status with the care team
• Document recovery findings and interventions

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Post-anesthesia recovery and assessment skills
• Airway, vital sign, and pain monitoring skills
• Strong communication and patient education skills
