Travel Orthopedics RN in Lee's Summit, MO

A Travel Orthopedics Registered Nurse will provide care for orthopedic and neuro patients in an acute care hospital in Lee's Summit, Missouri on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech, has a 6:1 patient ratio, and supports wound vacs and IV pumps.

• Assess orthopedic and neuro patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy
• Support wound vac care and dressing changes
• Monitor postoperative recovery, pain control, and mobility
• Document care in the electronic record and report changes
• Collaborate with the care team to support safe patient flow

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• Strong assessment, medication administration, and patient education skills
