Travel OR RN in Mckinney, TX

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide circulating and scrubbing support in a surgery center in McKinney, Texas, on a 13-week contract. The unit has 3 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms, uses paper charting, and provides 1:1 patient care. It serves ophthalmology, general surgery, GI, GYN, podiatry, plastics, and sports medicine cases.

• Provide circulating and scrubbing support for ophthalmology and other ambulatory surgery cases
• Prepare rooms, instruments, and supplies for scheduled procedures
• Assist with robot-assisted surgery using the daVinci Xi platform
• Support patient safety, positioning, and intraoperative workflow
• Document care using paper charting
• Collaborate with the surgical team to keep cases moving efficiently

• Current Registered Nurse license in Texas
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Ophthalmology cataract and retina surgery circulating and/or scrubbing experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Robot-assisted surgery experience with the daVinci Xi platform
