Travel OR Circulate RN in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will circulate in a short-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The unit supports general, orthopedic, trauma, neuro, GYN, ENT, GU, colorectal, plastic, and robotic cases and uses Cerner. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Circulate for operative cases across multiple surgical specialties
• Prepare the room and support safe intraoperative care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Coordinate patient positioning, specimen handling, and perioperative documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the perioperative team during complex cases
• Maintain sterile technique and respond to changing needs during surgery
• Assist with trauma and orthopedic procedures in a fast-paced OR

• Indiana, compact, or temporary Registered Nurse license at start
• BLS certification
• 3 years of operating room nursing experience
• Level I trauma experience
• Cerner charting system experience

• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Scrub experience
• Robotic surgery experience
