Travel OR Circulate RN in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide circulating support in the operating room on a 13-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The hospital uses Cerner and handles 70-80 cases daily across 21 rooms for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in general, trauma, neuro, ortho, gyn, ENT, GU, and robotic surgery. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Circulate operating room cases across general, trauma, neuro, ortho, gynecologic, ENT, GU, and robotic service lines
• Support laparoscopic and other minimally invasive procedures
• Prepare the room, equipment, and supplies for each case
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout procedures
• Document perioperative care in Cerner
• Coordinate specimens, instruments, and team communication during surgery

• Active Indiana Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 3 years of operating room experience
• Level I trauma experience
• Circulating operating room experience

• ACLS
• PALS
• Cerner charting experience
• Scrub experience
