Travel Oncology RN in Boston, MA

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will provide infusion and exam support for adults with cancer in an outpatient oncology clinic within an acute care hospital, on a 13-week contract in Boston, Massachusetts. The unit serves adult genitourinary and head and neck oncology patients, sees about 50 visits per day, and uses Epic charting.

• Administer chemotherapy and related infusions
• Start and maintain IV access
• Assess adult oncology patients during infusion and exam visits
• Monitor treatment tolerance and respond to patient needs
• Document care and treatment details in Epic
• Coordinate with oncology and support services
• Educate patients on care plans and infusion expectations

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Basic Life Support certification
• 2 years of oncology experience
• Previous travel experience
• Chemotherapy administration and strong IV skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• Oncology Certified Nurse credential
• Epic charting experience
