Travel Oncology RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will provide care for oncology and women's surgical patients in a hospital in Asheville, North Carolina on a 26-week contract. The unit has 24 beds, uses Cerner, and works with 1:4 to 1:5 ratios; the hospital is Magnet designated.

• Assess oncology and women's surgical patients
• Coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer ordered medications and supportive treatments
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly
• Assist with pelvic exams and other unit procedures
• Document care and patient responses in Cerner
• Support symptom management and patient education

• North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
