A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide therapy care in an acute care hospital setting on a 14-week contract in Walnut Creek, California. The caseload includes acute care and rehabilitation patients, and the team values experience in both settings.

• Evaluate patient function and daily living needs
• Develop and update occupational therapy treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to support recovery and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe techniques and home programs
• Document care, progress, and discharge recommendations
• Collaborate with the care team on goals and transitions of care

• California Occupational Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

• Acute care occupational therapy experience
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
