A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide care in a rehabilitation unit within an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Grand Haven, Michigan. The unit serves patients in rehabilitation and uses Epic charting.

• Evaluate patient needs and functional goals
• Develop and adjust treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions
• Document patient progress in the chart
• Coordinate care with the therapy team
• Educate patients and families on home strategies
• Support discharge planning and transition of care

• Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Epic experience
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
