Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech in Houston, TX

A Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform nuclear medicine imaging and patient care in a hospital nuclear medicine unit on a 13-week contract in Houston, Texas. The unit uses Siemens ECAM SPECT and Meditech Expanse.

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging studies and support diagnostic workflows
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and maintain safe patient care
• Draw labs and assist with IV access when needed
• Operate Siemens ECAM SPECT equipment for routine studies
• Assist with HIDA scans, stress tests, and tumor localization procedures
• Document exams and patient information in Meditech Expanse

• ARRT (N) or CNMT certification
• Siemens ECAM SPECT knowledge
• Lab draw skills
• Nuclear medicine patient preparation skills
