Travel NICU RN in Mckinney, TX

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse will care for critically ill newborns in a Level III hospital NICU during a 13-week contract in McKinney, Texas. The 7-bed unit has 2:3 ratios and uses BCPAP, HFNC, Meditech, and CPN.

• Assess and monitor critically ill newborns
• Assist with deliveries, including C-sections
• Support respiratory care with BCPAP and HFNC
• Administer medications and neonatal treatments
• Document care in Meditech and CPN
• Collaborate with the neonatal care team
• Provide family-centered education and support

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS and NRP certification
• 2+ years of hospital or specialty experience
• Level III NICU experience
• Neonatal bedside assessment skills

• Meditech experience
• Team-oriented approach
