Travel NICU RN in Corpus Christi, TX

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide care for premature and critically ill newborns in a neonatal intensive care unit on a 13-week contract in Corpus Christi, Texas. The unit serves infants from 23 to 40+ weeks' gestation, with ratios of 1:2 or 1:3, charting in Centricity Perinatal and Meditech, and ventilator support.

• Monitor neonatal patients on ventilator and respiratory support
• Assist with intubations and feeding tube insertions
• Support eye exams and IV insertions
• Assess newborns and respond to changes in condition
• Document care in the unit charting systems
• Collaborate with the care team to provide safe NICU nursing

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• CPR and NRP certification
• Ventilator experience with 23 to 40+ week gestation infants

• Ventilator and oscillator experience
• CPN charting experience
