Travel MRI Tech in Richmond, VA

A Travel MRI Technologist will perform diagnostic MRI studies in a hospital radiology unit on a 13-week contract in Richmond, Virginia. The role uses GE MRI equipment and Meditech/Centricity PACS to support brain, spine, ortho, body, abdominal, and cardiac imaging.

• Prepare patients for MRI studies and explain the procedure
• Position patients and operate MRI equipment for routine and specialized studies
• Perform brain, spine, ortho, body, abdominal, and cardiac scans
• Follow MRI safety practices and support screening workflow as needed
• Review image quality and repeat sequences when needed
• Document studies in PACS and coordinate with radiology staff

• Virginia MRI license
• MR Registered
• BLS
• Experience on GE MRI equipment

• Experience with cardiac MRI scans
