Travel MRI Tech in Farmington, CT

A Travel MRI Technician will perform MRI imaging in an acute care hospital radiology unit on a 13-week contract in Farmington, Connecticut. The unit serves adult ER, inpatient, and outpatient patients, uses EPIC, and works with a 1:1 patient ratio and GE or Siemens systems.

• Perform MRI exams for adult emergency, inpatient, and outpatient patients
• Prepare patients and explain imaging procedures
• Operate MRI equipment and support image acquisition
• Assist with cardiac MRI and functional MRI studies
• Document exams and maintain records in EPIC
• Follow safety screening and quality control steps

• 2 years of MRI experience
• ARRT (R) with MRI advanced certification
• BLS
• EPIC experience
• Active Connecticut state license before start

• Cardiac MRI experience
• Functional MRI experience
• Previous travel experience
