Travel MRI Tech in Farmington, CT

A Travel MRI Technician will provide magnetic resonance imaging for adult emergency, inpatient, and outpatient patients in an acute care hospital radiology unit on a 13-week contract in Farmington, Connecticut. The unit uses EPIC and maintains a 1-patient workflow. Cardiac and functional MRI studies are part of the case mix.

• Perform MRI exams for adult emergency, inpatient, and outpatient patients
• Prepare patients and review MRI safety information before imaging
• Support cardiac and functional MRI studies
• Operate MRI equipment and monitor image quality
• Document exams and patient details in EPIC
• Coordinate with radiology staff to support patient flow

• Active Connecticut state license before start
• ARRT (R) (MRI) certification
• BLS certification
• 2 years of MRI experience
• Cardiac imaging experience
• EPIC experience

• Prior travel experience
• Functional MRI experience
