Travel MRI Tech in Edmonds, WA

A Travel MRI Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging in an acute care hospital in Edmonds, Washington on a 13-week contract. Adult and pediatric acute care, ICU and ER imaging are part of the setting, first-time travelers are welcome, and modern MRI equipment is available.

• Perform MRI studies for adult and pediatric acute care, ICU, and ER patients
• Prepare patients and screen for MRI safety
• Administer contrast media and support safe imaging
• Position patients, coils, and equipment for image acquisition
• Process and reconstruct images using standard MRI techniques
• Maintain MRI safety and isolation precautions

• ARRT MR certification
• Washington state license with MRI designation
• BLS
• 2 years of MRI experience in adult and pediatric acute care, ICU, and ER
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration
• MRI safety, PPE, and image reconstruction skills

• Management or charge experience
• Peripheral IV starts
• Advanced MRI angiography and cardiac imaging
• Image post-processing
