Travel MRI Tech in Olympia, WA

A Travel MRI Tech Magnetic Resonance Technologist will perform MRI scans in a short-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Olympia, Washington. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses EPIC, and has two technologists on duty. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Prepare patients and the MRI room for examinations
• Perform MRI setup, scanning, and image processing
• Administer contrast and start peripheral IVs as needed
• Review image quality and complete reporting tasks
• Communicate with radiologists, physicians, patients, and families
• Maintain MRI and auxiliary equipment
• Support radiologists with day-to-day workflow

• Washington license
• ARRT MR certification
• ARRT R certification
• BLS certification
• 1 year of MRI technologist experience
• PACS experience, contrast administration, and peripheral IV access

• Experience with GE, Philips, Siemens, or Toshiba MRI systems
