Travel MRI Tech in Anchorage, AK

A Travel MRI Technologist will perform diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging in a hospital radiology unit on a 13-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska. The unit uses Epic and PACS and supports one-on-one imaging care. The setting values self-directed, detail-focused work with advanced MRI studies and a patient-centered approach.

• Prepare patients for MRI exams and explain imaging steps
• Review orders, screening information, and exam needs with the team
• Position patients and set up coils and protocols
• Operate MRI equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Monitor patient comfort, safety, and image quality during scans
• Document completed studies and communicate results to the radiology team

• ARRT certification
• MR registration
• BLS certification
