Travel MRI Tech in Everett, WA

A Travel MRI Tech Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist will perform MRI studies in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Everett, Washington. The unit has 2 rooms, uses EPIC, and serves adults and geriatrics at a level II trauma center with standard and specialized cardiac and breast studies. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform MRI examinations for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients
• Prepare patients and explain procedures before imaging
• Administer contrast and start peripheral IVs as needed
• Position patients and use surface coils to obtain quality images
• Complete standard and specialized MRI studies, including cardiac and breast exams
• Monitor patient condition and collaborate with the care team during exams

• ARMRIT or ARRT(MR) certification
• Basic Life Support certification
• Washington state MRI license
• 1 year of MRI experience
• EPIC charting experience
• Community hospital experience, contrast administration, and peripheral IV starts

• Neonatal, infant, pediatric, and adolescent MRI experience
• Cardiac MRI and breast MRI experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Trauma level I experience
