Travel MRI Tech in Anchorage, AK

A Travel MRI Tech Registered Technologist will support MRI imaging in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska. The unit uses Epic and McKesson PACS, works with 1:1 patient ratios, and serves a small radiology team handling a wide range of MRI exams.

• Prepare patients for MRI studies and review screening information
• Position patients and operate the MRI scanner
• Acquire and evaluate diagnostic images for quality
• Assist with MSK, neuro, ortho, prostate, breast, MRCP, defecography, anesthesia, and pacemaker exams
• Coordinate workflow with radiology staff and providers
• Document completed studies in Epic and PACS

• ARRT certification
• MRI registration credential
• BLS certification

• 3+ years of MRI experience
• Epic experience
• McKesson PACS experience
