Travel Medical Lab Tech in Brewster, WA

A Travel Medical Laboratory Technician will perform laboratory testing and specimen processing in a critical access hospital in Brewster, Washington on a 15-week contract. The role supports chemistry, hematology, microbiology, blood bank, and specimen collection across patient specimens, control materials, and proficiency samples.

• Perform testing across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology, blood bank, and urinalysis
• Collect and process specimens by venipuncture, capillary draw, and site culture support
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Review quality control results and support quality assurance activities
• Enter, calculate, evaluate, and transmit laboratory data in computer systems
• Prepare slides and analyze blood, body fluids, and other specimens
• Communicate technical findings to physicians and care teams

• Active Washington State MA-P license
• Active phlebotomist license
• ASCP, AMT, NCA, or HEW certification
• Minimum 2 years medical laboratory technician experience
• Core laboratory testing, specimen collection, and instrument maintenance skills
