Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Winchester, MA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital in Winchester, Massachusetts on an 8-week contract. The unit uses Epic charting and serves med-surg and telemetry patients.

• Assess and monitor med-surg and telemetry patients
• Administer medications and implement physician orders
• Interpret telemetry trends and report condition changes
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Epic
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 2+ years of Med Surg / Telemetry nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Epic charting experience
