Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Winchester, MA

A travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct inpatient nursing care in an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Winchester, Massachusetts. The role serves adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients and requires Epic experience and previous travel experience.

• Monitor telemetry patterns and report rhythm changes
• Assess patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments
• Collaborate with the care team on patient needs
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 2+ years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Epic charting experience
• Nursys verification and annual core competency completion
