Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Milton, MA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital in Milton, Massachusetts on an 8-week contract. Nurses interpret cardiac rhythms and use Epic for documentation in a setting without telemetry techs.

• Provide direct nursing care for med-surg and telemetry patients
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Assess patients, update plans of care and document findings
• Collaborate with providers and the care team on treatment
• Use Epic to record care and clinical observations

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• 2+ years of recent acute medical-surgical telemetry nursing experience
• CPR, BLS and ACLS
• Epic experience
• Ability to read and interpret ECG strips
