Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Manchester, NH

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for cardiac patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Manchester, New Hampshire. The 24-bed unit uses telemetry monitoring and Allscripts with 1:4 ratios. Patients include post-TAVR, cardiac catheterization, ablation, Watchman, STEMI, pacemaker, and CardioMEMS cases.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Assess cardiac and med/surg patients
• Support care after TAVR, catheterization, ablation, Watchman, pacemaker, and CardioMEMS procedures
• Manage cardiac drips and related nursing interventions
• Document patient status and interventions in Allscripts
• Coordinate care with the charge nurse, PCT, and monitor tech
• Educate patients and families on recovery and self-care

• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Telemetry and cardiac nursing skills
