Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Peterborough, NH

A Travel Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a critical access hospital unit in Peterborough, New Hampshire on a 13-week contract. The role supports adult med surg and telemetry patients in a hospital setting.

• Assess patient condition and report changes
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond to cardiac changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with the care team on patient plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Promote safe, timely patient care on the unit

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire or compact license accepted
• Basic Life Support certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• 2 years of recent medical-surgical/telemetry experience

• Previous travel experience
