Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Globe, AZ

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide nursing care in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Globe, Arizona. The assignment supports Med-Surg/OBS and step-down care with ratios of 1:6 and 1:4 and uses Meditech for charting.

• Assess Med-Surg and telemetry patients and report changes
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts
• Administer medications and support ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with providers and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions and patient response in Meditech
• Use pumps and medication dispensing systems safely
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS/BCLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg and Telemetry experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
