Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Globe, AZ

A Travel Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient nursing care in a hospital in Globe, Arizona on a 13-week contract. The unit cares for med-surg and observation patients, with step-down assignments at 1:4 and med-surg/obs at 1:6. Meditech charting, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell medication systems are used.

• Monitor telemetry patterns and report changes
• Assess med-surg and observation patients
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate step-down level nursing care
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse license
• ACLS
• BLS or BCLS
• PALS
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg and Telemetry experience

• Step-down nursing experience
