Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Garfield Heights, OH

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care in a hospital telemetry unit for a 13-week contract in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient status
• Provide direct nursing care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Administer medications and carry out ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery needs

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact license in hand
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification
• 12 months of permanent med surg/telemetry experience
• Rhythm recognition and dysrhythmia management skills
