Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult patients on a metabolic surgery unit in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The role focuses on telemetry monitoring and med surg nursing in a setting with complex surgical and medical needs.

• Assess and monitor patients and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Plan and coordinate bedside care with the team
• Document assessments, interventions and responses
• Respond to changes in condition and escalate concerns
• Educate patients and families on recovery and self-care

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• 12 months of permanent med surg/telemetry experience
• ACLS, BLS and NIHSS certification
