Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Beverly, MA

A Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide nursing care in an acute care hospital on a medical-surgical unit for a 4-week contract in Beverly, Massachusetts. Epic is used for charting.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes in patient status
• Assess patients and carry out nursing plans of care
• Administer medications and support ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with providers and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in Epic
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 2+ years of medical-surgical or telemetry nursing experience
• Epic experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
