Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Beverly, MA

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care on a medical surgical telemetry unit in Beverly, Massachusetts for an 8-week contract. The role uses Epic charting in an acute care hospital and focuses on monitoring patients with cardiac rhythm needs.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes in patient status
• Assess medical-surgical patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate care with nurses and providers
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Epic
• Support discharge planning and patient education

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
• 2+ years of medical-surgical telemetry experience
• Epic charting experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
