Travel Med Surg RN in Zanesville, OH

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will work primarily on a respiratory unit in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Zanesville, Ohio. The unit serves COVID patients and the hospital is a Level 3 trauma center.

• Provide nursing care for respiratory and medical-surgical patients
• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Assess patient status and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per orders
• Document care and patient responses in Epic
• Collaborate with the care team to support safe discharge planning

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 3 years of current or recent telemetry and/or stepdown experience
• Epic EMR proficiency
• Ability to read telemetry rhythms
