Travel Med Surg RN in Petoskey, MI

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital medical surgical unit on a 13-week contract in Petoskey, Michigan. The 60-bed unit serves mixed-acuity patients, including post-surgical cases, medical conditions, traumas, strokes, and inpatient hospice.

• Assess patients and update individualized plans of care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team using SBAR and clear communication
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care focused on safety and quality outcomes
• Provide patient and family education throughout the care process
• Evaluate changing needs and document care accurately
• Support time management and help the team maintain workflow

• Michigan Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support from AHA
