Travel Med Surg RN in Alma, MI

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in an acute care hospital medical-surgical unit on a 13-week contract in Alma, Michigan.

• Assess patient needs and provide skilled nursing care
• Administer medications, treatments and patient education
• Monitor responses to interventions and update care plans
• Coordinate goals and outcomes with the interdisciplinary team
• Delegate tasks and direct support staff
• Assist with transfers, call lights and alarm response
• Follow hospital policies and evidence-based nursing practice

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
