Travel Med Surg RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will care for neuro medical-surgical patients on a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee. This 14-bed hospital unit uses Meditech and manages patients at 1:4 or 1:5 ratios.

• Assess and monitor neuro medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and coordinate treatment plans
• Perform bedside nursing care and patient safety checks
• Track neurologic status and report changes promptly
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes in Meditech
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurse and support staff

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Neuro and medical-surgical patient care skills
