Travel Med Surg RN in Lebanon, NH

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care in a medical surgical unit, in a critical access hospital, on a 13-week contract in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The unit serves pediatric to geriatric patients, has 19 beds, a 1:5 to 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio, and uses EPIC.

• Develop and revise individualized plans of care
• Assess patients and identify changing care needs
• Administer medications and document nursing care
• Educate patients and support discharge planning
• Coordinate and supervise care with the health care team
• Delegate tasks and report abnormal assessment findings

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• Compact Registered Nurse license accepted
