Travel Med Surg RN in Lawrenceville, GA

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will care for patients in an inpatient oncology unit in Lawrenceville, Georgia on a 13-week contract. The unit supports acute care medical-surgical oncology patients.

• Assess patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care
• Monitor oncology and medical-surgical patients throughout hospitalization
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the chart
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS certification
• 2 years of recent medical-surgical experience
