Travel Med Surg RN in Hermitage, TN

A Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will provide direct care on a hospital medical-surgical unit in Hermitage, Tennessee, for a 13-week contract. The unit has 33 beds, uses Meditech, and supports 1:6 day and 1:7 night ratios with 3 techs per shift.

• Assess adult medical-surgical patients and update care plans
• Administer IV medications and fluids
• Monitor responses to treatment and report changes
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge teaching
• Support use of pumps, SCDs, and other unit equipment
• Document care in Meditech
• Collaborate with technicians and the care team

• Active Registered Nurse license in Tennessee
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
