Travel Med Surg RN in Chattanooga, TN

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care in an acute care hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee on a 13-week contract. The 30-bed unit uses Editech and works with a 1:6 patient ratio.

• Assess and monitor medical-surgical patients
• Start IVs and assist with lab draws
• Place NGTs and provide wound care
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry
• Manage IV fluids, suction, feeding pumps, and bladder scans
• Support patients and families with timely communication
• Coordinate care with the charge nurse and clinical team

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• IV start, NGT placement, wound care, and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
