Travel Med Surg RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel Neuro Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in an acute care hospital neuro med surg unit in Englewood, Colorado on a 13-week contract. The unit has 38 beds, uses Meditech, and serves neuro and stroke patients with 5:1 or 6:1 ratios. IV pumps, seizure monitoring, and nighttime BiPAP or CPAP support are part of the setting.

• Assess neuro and stroke patients
• Monitor neurologic status and seizure activity
• Administer IV therapies and manage pumps
• Provide trach and feeding tube care
• Support BiPAP and CPAP use
• Complete fall-risk precautions and collaborate with the care team

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 1 year of current Med Surg experience
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program

• ACLS
• Neuro experience
• Meditech experience
